These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the website. These Terms & Conditions are binding and enforceable against every person that accesses or uses this website.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended or must be understood to unlawfully restrict, limit or avoid any right or obligation, as the case may be, created for either you or River View Lodge.

River View Lodge permits the use of this website subject to the Terms & Conditions. By using this website in any way, you shall be deemed to have accepted all the Terms & Conditions unconditionally. You must not use this website if you do not agree to the Terms & Conditions.

PRICING

We will do our utmost to honour our published prices; however should there be any unforeseen increases in accommodation costs, currency fluctuations and/or government levies/taxes the prices will be adjusted accordingly.

Inclusions:

1. The rates displayed on our website are per room on a bed and breakfast basis.
2. 12% VAT, Government Taxes and Bed Levy are included where applicable.

Exclusions:

1. Lunch & Dinner supplements are charged separately per person, and exclude all beverages. Settlement can be made in cash (BWP) or with a MasterCard or Visa credit card on check out from River View Lodge.
2. Activities are charged separately per person, and in certain instances are subject to a minimum number of pax per booking. Settlement can be made in cash (BWP) or with a MasterCard or Visa credit card on check out from River View Lodge.

ERRORS

We shall take all reasonable efforts to accurately reflect the description, availability and purchase price on the website. However, should there be any errors of whatsoever nature on the website (which are not due to our gross negligence) we shall not be liable for any loss, claim or expense relating to a transaction based on any error.

BANKING DETAILS

Banking details will be provided on invoices and statements once transactions commence. Please pay careful attention to the banking information and requirements, as your account will remain your responsibility until payment is received into the appropriate bank account, as specified in our commercial documentation.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

• All transactions will be processed in Botswana Pula (BWP).
• 100% deposit is required within 3 workings of making a booking in order to secure the booking*.
• River View Lodge reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Our cancellation and refund policy* is part of the service that we offer you:

1. Within 0 – 14 days: no refund and full stay charged.
2. Within 15 – 30 days: 75% of full stay charged.
3. Within 31 – 60 days: 50% of full stay charged.
4. 61+ days: full refund**.

** Minus any applicable bank transaction and currency exchange rate fees.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. This privacy policy applies to all the web pages related to this website. We may require you to provide us with personal information, which includes, but is not limited to:
